I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The pool area was separated from the main road by a green fence. It had a playground, a jacuzzi, and beautiful terrace surroundings. The staff were attentive and eager to help me with transportation and parking. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and served with a smile.

Spacious rooms and the nearby pool were nice. Located off the main road made it easy to find. The restaurant had decent food.
The staff was generally unhelpful and unfriendly. There was no coordination during breakfast and the pool was not always available as advertised. Using the POS system was a nightmare with several credit cards not working. we were disappointed with our city trip experience at this hotel.

This hotel provided us with a wonderful family experience. the staff was friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious and fresh, and the pool and playground were perfect for both kids and parents. the spacious rooms were impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and air conditioning. the location was easily accessible and provided a beautiful scenery.
The hotel was located on a busy road with traffic, which could detract from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the beautiful pool and the playground. There was a small pool with a jacuzzi which was perfect for kids. The bathrooms were big, clean and had all the essentials. The towels were clean and soft. The hotel had a good view of the surrounding area. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The hotel is located next to a main road that gets busy with traffic. This led to some noise which disturbed our sleep.
